Refund Policy:
More than 95% of our clients are satisfied and repeat customers. We can provide you

Although this is rare but if a situation arises for refund then we've a clear refund policy which
is as under :
For Live Online Teaching:
Cancellation: Once paid, the session cannot be canceled but can only be rescheduled
for another time. Request for rescheduling must be given at least 24 hours in advance of
scheduled time.
No Show: If tutor doesn't show up on scheduled time, student may reschedule or cancel
appointment and claim for full refund.
If student doesn't show up on scheduled time, the session fee will not be reimbursed.
It is advisable though to wait for 5-10 mins for both tutor and student after scheduled time.
Sometimes, due to unavoidable reasons student/tutor(s) may get late. Of course the time
wasted will be compensated by giving extra time later.
Technical Problem: If there is a technical problem at tutors end or in the whiteboard provided
by TYT, then the time wasted will be compensated by giving extra time later to the student for
same amount or student may claim refund for the same.
For E-mail Teaching:
Free Revisions: Let's face it, mistakes sometimes happen with everyone. If in case you're
not satisfied with the help provided to you via e-mail by our tutors, you may ask for revisions
specifying clearly what you haven't understood or what you believe is wrong. You must
provide proof of the same as well or provide a logical justification with clear directions what
you need to be fixed. Also mention how much turn around time you need for revisions like 12
hours, 24 hours, 3 days etc. Your queries will be communicated to the concerned tutor and
we will try to fix the issues and revert asap.
If the homework assignment is not delivered by the deadline, we issue 100% refund. In case
partial assignment is done before deadline and partial is done after deadline, we issue 100%
refund for the part which was given after deadline. However, if student needs the entire work
or nothing he/she should clearly state their requirements at the time of submitting work.
Students are advised to mention clearly the turnaround time needed : date, time and their
time zone while submitting questions.
If answers given by us are found not original or plagiarized and student submits a proof of it,
we issue refunds. The decision of partial or full refund is made by the company on case to

If the work does not match the requirements submitted ( partially or fully), we issue partial
or full refunds. The decision is solely made by the company on case to case basis. Students
are advised to mention all their requirements before they get a price quote from us. In case
there is a change in requirement from them after submission of payment, it may lead to extra
charges or extra time required to complete it.
Time frame:
All refunds claims or free revisions request must be made within seven days of help provided.
After seven days, the assignment is considered to be closed . No refunds requests shall be
entertained thereafter and revisions may be charged.
It may take upto seven working days for a refund to get processed after its approval.
