Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of India.

You confirm that the information furnished by you including your educational qualification or other identity documents submitted is correct and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Please wait for Confirmation E-mail from the coordination team before starting with any e- mail based work or preparing for a live online tutoring session. The company will not be responsible for any work started by a tutor without a confirmation e-mail from the company.
Also, please reply to the confirmation e-mail before starting any work. Each confirmation e- mail will have a unique code like TYT1666 or likewise.
Payments are done on monthly basis. All pending payments for the month are done on the last date of the month and after 7-14 days of submission of work whichever later.

 

PRIVACY POLICY:
We DO NOT share students or tutors personal information with each other or with anyone else. Sharing of any personal details with the student like taking students e-mails/ phone number/Skype or giving your own e-mail/Skype or phone number is strictly against our policies and may lead to termination and subsequent legal actions.

 

FOR E-MAIL TEACHING:

Originality: .Any help/answers to be provided by you must be 100% original. Nothing should be copied directly from anywhere including any books/internet/published papers/articles etc. Try to avoid internet as much as possible while answering students query via e-mail. In unavoidable circumstances, where you must refer Internet or any book you must rephrase it in your own words. Try to break things down so that student can understand the concepts involved properly.

Deadline: The second most important thing is deadline. Answering to students queries on time is extremely important. We will always establish exact time deadline in confirmation e- mail. In case you're having doubts that you may not be able to complete work on time, DO NOT accept the assignment or bring it to the notice of TYT coordinator. Once you reply to the confirmation e-mail , you MUST be on time with your answers. If in case the help provided is not completed on or before the deadline, we may not be able to pay you at all. Further, it may lead to bad reputation and affect your future works with TYT adversely.

Detailed step by step solutions should be given so that the student (who is assumed to have no or little knowledge of the subject) should be able to understand it properly.

Simplicity of language: Try to make your answers as much simple as possible so that student can easily understand your help and improve his understanding of the topic.

Free Revisions:If the student is not clear with any steps , he may ask for a review./ revisions. Neither we charge students for review nor we pay tutors for review. Reviews are free. It is tutors responsibility to take full requirements of the student upfront like coding environment- eclipse, net beans etc,operating system requirements, notations or other requirements. The solution MUST work on students computer otherwise we may not be able to pay you.

All solutions should involve use of correct English grammar.

Any book or internet source used for writing must be referred to. The tutor must specify the links referred or the book name used at the end of the work.

FOR LIVE ONLINE TEACHING,

No Show: If you don't show up on decided time due to any reason, student may reschedule or cancel appointment and claim for partial or full refund. In this case, we may deduct tutoring fee or may not be able to pay you at all for the assignment.

Technical problem at your end during session: If there is any problem at your end due to which session is affected like internet failure, power failure etc student may claim for partial or full refund. In such a case, we may deduct your tuition fee or may not be able to pay you at all.
